Criteria
To be eligible for Certification by IOQM International Organization for Quality Management ™, candidates
must meet the following requirements:
IOQM Certification Requirements
1. Introduction
The IOQM (International Organizational Quality Management) Certification is designed to ensure
the highest standards in educational programs by verifying the institution’s adherence to best practices in
management, quality control, and learning outcomes. This certification validates the institution's commitment to
fostering continuous improvement, operational excellence, and effective educational delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The following criteria must be met for eligibility for IOQM Certification:

Institution Type: Must be an accredited institution, training center, or
organization offering educational programs, including both online and in-person formats.

Quality Assurance Mechanisms: The institution must demonstrate
established quality assurance processes in line with international best practices.

Program Delivery: Must provide evidence of structured and accessible
educational offerings.

Student Satisfaction: Institutions must regularly assess and report on
student satisfaction and outcomes.
3. Application Process

Initial Inquiry: Institutions must submit an initial inquiry form
outlining their intent to pursue certification.

Documentation Submission: Institutions must provide necessary
documentation to demonstrate adherence to IOQM standards, including but not limited to:

Review and Evaluation: Upon receipt of application and documentation,
the certifying body will conduct a thorough review, which may include an onsite evaluation and
interviews with stakeholders.

Certification Decision: Following the review process, the institution
will be informed of the certification decision. If the certification is granted, the institution
will be awarded the IOQM Certification for a designated period.
4. Core Certification Standards
